    privacy policy statement pursuant to art. 13 legislative decree 30 June 2003, no. 196

    (personal data protection code)

    1. Recitals

    By means of the website shop.parosh.com (hereinafter the “Website”), the company P.r. S.p.A., with registered office at Corso di Porta Nuova, 46 Milan (Italy) (hereinafter, also, “P.A.R.O.S.H.” or the “Company”), carries out information, promotion and sale of its products and, for these purposes, collects and classifies the personal data of the persons having access to the Website.

    Pursuant to and in accordance with the Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), we hereby inform you that the personal data made available to P.A.R.O.S.H. will be processed in compliance with the laws in effect on the protection of personal data and, in any case, with the principles of privacy inspiring the Company’s activity.

    2. Purposes ot the processing

    2.1 The personal data made available to P.A.R.O.S.H. may be used for the following purposes:

    1. to allow and manage your registration with the Website and, in any case, your access to the Website and the access to its reserved sections;

    b) for the management and execution of your orders and purchase proposal, and in general, to carry out all related activities;

    c) for the sending of informational and promotional communications, including those of a commercial nature, of advertising material and/or offers of goods and/or services, by any mean of communications (known or unknown), including, by way of mere example, but not limited to, post, internet, phone, e-mail, MMSs, SMSs from Italy or other countries (also form non-EC member countries) by P.A.R.O.S.H., by parent companies, subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies,and/or by physical or legal entities linked to the Company by virtue of an agreement and/or that in any case collaborate in the commercial activities of the Company;

    d) for the sending of our newsletter, by any mean of communications (known or unknown);

    e) for the preparation and conduct of statistical and market studies and research, for the analysis of tastes, preferences, habits, needs and consumption choices aimed at the detection of the degree of satisfaction with the quality of  products and services offered by the Company.

    3. Processing method

    3.1 In relation to the purposes indicated in the previous paragraph, your data will be processed using suitable paper, electronic, and/or ICT instruments, with logic strictly related to the above-stated purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

    4. Provision of data and consequences in case of refusal

    4.1 The provision of your data is optional. However, if you refuse and/or provide inexact and/or incomplete information, this may:

    (i) make it impossible for you to register to the Website, and make it impossible for us to manage and execute your orders or purchase proposals;

    1. prevent us from sending you informational and promotional communications, including those of a commercial nature, advertising material and/or offers of goods and/or services, by any mean of communications, in accordance with the previous paragraph 2(c);

    2. prevent us from sending you our newsletter, by any mean of communications (known or unknown), in accordance with the previous paragraph 2(d);

    3. prevent us from carrying out the preparation and conduct of statistical and market studies and research, for the analysis of tastes, preferences, habits, needs and consumption choices aimed at the detection of the degree of satisfaction with the quality of  products and services offered by the Company.

    5. Communication of data

    5.1 Your personal data may be disclosed to any Data Processor or person in charge of the processing designated by the Company in the exercise of their duties.

    Your personal data may be disclosed to (a) possible qualified parties who provide the Company with services instrumental for the purposes indicated above, such as, for example parent companies, subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies, persons, organizations, and/or companies called upon to run and/or take part in running and/or maintaining theCompany’s Internet web sites and the electronic and/or ICT instruments it uses; (b) suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, banks and/or insurance companies, or, in general, to other person and/or organizations that carry out (on behalf of the Company or independently) the activities indicated in the previous paragraph 2 or activities related or instrumental; (c) Consultants who assist the Company in various capacities with particular reference to legal, tax, insurance, accountancy, organizational; (d) any other person whom the information should be disclosed pursuant to the provisions of law.

    Your personal data may be transferred abroad, in compliance with the provision of the laws in force, also to non European Union member countries.

    6. Dissemination of data

    6.1 Your personal data will not be disseminated in any way.

    7. Rights of the party concerned

    7.1 In relation to the aforesaid processing, you may exercise the rights envisaged by Article 7 of Personal Data Protection Code, which, for your convenience, we transcribe here below in its entirety:

    Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003

    Art. 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights

     

    1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.

    2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed:

    a) of the source of the personal data;

    b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;

    c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;

    d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5, paragraph 2;

    e) of the entities or categories of entities to whom or which the personal data may communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.

    3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain:

    a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of data;

    b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention in unnecessary for the purpose for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;

    c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.

    4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part,

    a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose f the collection;

    b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried put for the purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.

    8. Data controller and data processor

    8.1 The Data Controller is P.R. S.p.A., with registered office at Corso di Porta Nuova, 46 Milan (Italy).

    Data Processor of the personal data on behalf of the Company is Maurizio Finamore, domiciled for the office held at the aforesaid registered office address. The Data Processor is in charge of the contact with the party concerned in relation to the exercise of the rights indicated above.

    Therefore, any request concerning the personal data processed by the Company may be addressed to the Data Processor at the Company’s registered office address, or by writing to the e-mail address eservice@parosh.com.

    The updated list of the Data Processor is available from the Company and may be viewed by sending a specific request made as stated above.
