    Changes of Size and Returns

    How can I change the size?
    Go to the site shop.parosh.com and enter in the section returns from the link at the bottom of the page. Follow the wizard for the request of a RMA code essential to return the goods. Choose as reason for the code's request the change of size and select the requested size. From this moment on you'll be in contact with our Custmer Services for all necessary assistance.

    Who pays the shipping charges for my change of size?
    The shipping of your return for the size change will be charged to you, but the shipping back of the good to you shall be free. We recommend to use shipping methods with receipt of shipping date and traceability of the same one.

    The return will be charged to you and the costs will vary according to the shipping modalities that you choose. We recommend to use shipping methods with receipt of shipping date and traceability of the same one.

    When will You repay me?
    You'll be repaid within 14 working days from the recipit of the returns. The formal procedure of repayment will be the same in case of payment carried out with PayPal or credit Cards. In case in the payment has been done by credit transfer, You shall email to accounting@parosh.it with the references of your order and your bank account data. You will receive an email of notification once the bank transfer has been done.
